Grieving the loss of a loved one is never easy. And it’s particularly hard for quarterlifers (young adults in their twenties and thirties) for various reasons. Some of the ways quarterlife young adults can survive the painful feelings of grief is to learn about others’ experiences with loss by reading books, articles, blogs, listening to podcasts, and participating in support groups.

Location: 5530 Wisconsin Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD 20815

Time/Date: TBD by availability of participants

Cost: $400 for 6 sessions.

Get connected with resources for grief support that are tailored particularly for young adults. The Wendt Center for Loss and Healing is a great resource in Washington, D.C. and the Greater Washington region.

If you are interested in learning more about the group, please contact.
