As news about COVID-19 continues its crescendo, and you adjust to a new normal, you may be experiencing increased anxiety and worry. Our therapists are here to support you, and we welcome discussion of the challenges you’re experiencing. Our team has decades of experience providing virtual therapy, and all of our services are available remotely.

Our therapists continue to offer remote counseling and coaching groups to current and new clients during this time. Additionally, we are offering two services for a reduced fee during the COVID-19 crisis.

Low-Fee Therapy for Frontline Workers

We are partnering with therapists nationwide to do our part to support those who are working on the frontline to provide necessary services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Low-fee counseling sessions are available to frontline workers during this stressful time.

Virtual Support Groups During the Pandemic

These virtual support groups are designed with quarterlifers in mind and are facilitated by a QLC therapist. They are provided in a small-group format, are confidential, and require registration. They are offered for a reduced fee during the pandemic.

Coping with Uncertainty during COVID-19
Runs 6 Weeks

This support group will help you cope with the range of feelings you’re likely having during the pandemic. You’ll explore the impact that the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 is having on you and your relationships. The group provides a safe space for you to connect with others, develop additional coping strategies, and receive support during the pandemic.

Dating and a Pandemic
Runs 4 Weeks

In this group, we’ll focus on dating as a quarterlifer, especially in the context of a pandemic. TedTalks and articles will be used to explore central themes. What are current trends? What is working? What isn’t? You’ll explore your own dating experiences and develop new insights.

Book Group
Runs 4 Weeks

In this group, you’ll read the book Little Fires Everywhere and discuss themes and how they relate to your own lives and relationships. The group will also explore how this book relates to how we are experiencing the current pandemic and uncertainty associated with it.

Hulu Group
Runs 4 Weeks

In this group, you’ll watch “Little Fires Everywhere” on Hulu and discuss its themes and how they relate to your own life and relationships. We will also explore how the themes connect to your experience of the COVID-19 pandemic and uncertainty associated with it.

Grief During a Pandemic
Runs 6 Weeks

Grieving the death of someone close to us, whether from COVID-19 or another cause, poses unique challenges during young adulthood and the quarter-life period.

As you are faced with news coverage about deaths related to COVID-19, you may find that your grief related to a previous loss comes soaring back. This group focuses on providing a safe space for emotional exploration, structured support, and grief education following loss, especially in the context of the pandemic.

Postpartum During A Pandemic
Runs 6 Weeks

Do you find yourself feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and irritable since the birth of your baby? Adding a baby to your family is a huge life transition that introduces new challenges and new joys. Going through the postpartum period in the midst of a pandemic is even more challenging. This group will help you better understand the feelings you’re having, while being supported by others on a similar journey.

Parenting During a Pandemic
Runs 4 Weeks

The challenges of being a parent during the COVID-19 pandemic are unprecedented. Are you finding yourself overwhelmed, anxious and exhausted from all that you have to manage each day? Perhaps it’s keeping you up at night? This parenting support group is available to provide a safe space online to help parents discuss and address the stressors of current everyday life.
